I would like to read Pemberley by the Sea. I think all 3 sound great!
The Darcy's and Bingley's has been on my list for awhile and would love to read it. Have you read the Pamela Aidan books? They tell Pride and Prejudice from Mr. Darcy's perspective. (I reviewed the first book on my blog, although my emotional reaction to the novel might outweigh its actual value!)
I've actually read a bunch of sequels, and some I've liked, and others not so much. Amanda Grange's retellings through diaries for each male hero is kind of a cute idea. Some move slower than others though. If I think of more, I'll share...

I really liked AUSTENLAND (funny and cute) and also MR DARCY TAKES A WIFE (very in keeping with Austen's tone but much much steamier!). and I'm excited about Pride & Prejudice & Zombies. :)
